1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DhanDiary you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
- Account credentials must be kept confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
3. Permitted Use
DhanDiary is provided for personal or organizational finance tracking. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where law permits.
- Upload malicious code, automated scripts, or excessive data that may degrade service.
- Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activities.
4. Subscription & Fees
Core mobile functionality is currently free. If we introduce paid tiers, pricing and billing cycles will be disclosed before purchase. Taxes may apply based on your billing address. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, code, and content provided by EllowDigital remain our property. You retain ownership of the content you input into the service.
6. Third-Party Services
Certain features rely on partners such as NeonDB (database), analytics providers, or authentication services. Their individual terms may also apply when you use those features.
7. Termination
You may stop using DhanDiary at any time. We may suspend or terminate access with notice if you breach these terms, engage in fraud, or present security risks. Upon termination we may delete your cloud data, but local data remains on your device until removed.
8. Disclaimers
DhanDiary is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EllowDigital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the greater of INR 500 or the amount you paid during the previous six months.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India, unless local law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when we ship new features or respond to regulatory changes. We will provide notice via in-app prompts or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
