1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use DhanDiary on devices you own or control for personal or internal business record keeping.
2. Restrictions
- You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the software.
- You may not copy or modify the app except as permitted by applicable law.
- You may not attempt to bypass security features, license checks, or usage limits.
3. Updates & Availability
Future updates or patches may be installed automatically. We are not obligated to provide continued support, maintenance, or updates but aim to keep the service reliable.
4. Ownership
EllowDigital retains all ownership rights in DhanDiary, including intellectual property and proprietary notices. This EULA does not transfer any ownership to you.
5. Third-Party Components
The software may include open-source or third-party components governed by separate licenses. Such licenses will prevail with respect to those components.
6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate it immediately if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the software and delete all copies in your control.
7. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export laws, including any restrictions on software provided from India or other jurisdictions where we operate.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
DhanDiary is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You assume all risk arising out of use or performance of the software.
9. Limitation of Liability
EllowDigital is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from use of the software. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license, or INR 500 if no fees were paid.
